Thanks to allank, I used your Zed map as a model! Also went to MIDI > Port Config to select "Control Data" for the controller under "MIDI Inputs" Then enabled "General Midi" in Mixbus > Preferences > Control Surfaces, then clicked "Show Protocol Settings" and selected the controller under "Incoming MIDI On" and the map under "MIDI Bindings". How to get it to work: On Mac I placed this in Applications > Mixbus 7 > Contents > Resources > midi_maps. Mixbus 32c offers more mixing tools for about 447.
